Dr Annelize Meyer MB ChB is a private GP with advanced training in BHRT, functional medicine, dermatology and DNA-led nutrition. The medical, nutrition and aesthetics teams work on the same floor and share patient notes, which is why a hormone consult can flow into a skin plan without a referral letter.

Four steps, one written plan you can take home. The first consultation is 60–90 minutes. Bloods and InBody composition are run on-site. Most patients leave with a clear next step before they leave the building.

Sixty to ninety minutes with your
clinician. No checklist. We ask about sleep, cycle, stress, family history. Everything that connects.

Step II.

Test, properly

Bloods, hormones, DNA, InBody composition. Run on-site and overseen by the same person who saw you.

Step III.

Plan, together

You leave with a written plan you
understand. Medical, nutritional,
aesthetic. Sequenced, costed, with no upsell built in.

Walk alongside

Reviews built in. Adjustments
encouraged. We measure how you feel, not just what your bloods say. The relationship is the treatment.

Perimenopause care, beyond a six-minute GP appointment.
